魚真-UOSHIN

I have hardly been abroad.
But when I watch TV and YouTube, it seems like more than half of the Japanese food overseas is not Japanese food. Haha
I don't know if the Japanese food in each country is delicious or not.
Because I have never eaten it.
But if you look at the finished dish, the ingredients and the process, you can tell that it is not authentic Japanese food. Haha
So, if you come to Japan, I want you to try authentic Japanese food.
There are many different types of Japanese food, but when it comes to seafood, I recommend going to a good restaurant even if it is a little more expensive, rather than a cheap one.
That's because the price and taste of seafood are directly related. Haha
Of course, Michelin restaurants are too expensive, so you can eat delicious seafood without going to such expensive restaurants.
But the seafood you eat at cheap chain restaurants has a bad smell and is not tasty, to be honest.
So where should you eat it?
This is 魚真(UOSHIN) in Shimokitazawa. Haha
First up is this shrimp and red sea bream tempura.
Both are fried while still very fresh, so they're packed with flavor.
The shrimp are plump and the red sea bream is fluffy.
Very tasty.
And pay attention to the batter.
Tempura fried by a Japanese food professional and tempura fried by someone else are two completely different foods. Haha
Next up is this.
Fatty tuna tuna roll.
Rolls overseas are a mix of various ingredients, but Japanese rolls are simple.
Both have their merits, but if you're going to eat in Japan, I recommend trying the Japanese style.
And with sushi and sashimi like this, the quality can really vary depending on the restaurant.
There's a world of difference between a good fatty tuna tuna roll and a bad fatty tuna tuna roll.
This is true. Haha
And these clams.
If you add a little soy sauce, the scent of the sea and the deliciousness of the clams will explode. Haha
You eat clams overseas too, right?
There are many other menu items, but they are all fresh and delicious.
Of course for sushi and sashimi, but even for cooked dishes, freshness is very important for seafood.
And the level of fat.
In other words, you can't eat truly delicious Japanese food unless you go to a restaurant that carefully selects its ingredients.
I want people who come to Japan to try authentic Japanese food in a delicious restaurant.
There are many different types of Japanese food around the world, and each has its own merits, but I hope you will also try authentic Japanese food.
If you come to Shimokitazawa, you can't go wrong by coming to魚真(UOSHIN). Haha
