If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
If more than 7 days have passed, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for any reason.

We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges and returns of defective items.
Exchanges and returns of defective items are limited to unused (only tried on indoors), with tags attached, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Please use EMS (your local post office) for shipping.
If you use other delivery companies, we will not cover the cost.
