RESOLUTE is a brand newly launched by Yoshiyuki Hayashi who has been a designer in the domestic denim industry for over 20 years and has been supported by denim fans since its inception.
RESOLUTE is made in Japan, and the entire production process from woven fabric to dyeing, sewing, and finishing is done by skilled denim craftsmen in the Bingo region of the Chugoku region of western Japan.
The oldest dyeing method, the biggest feature of the original fabric woven by the old-fashioned loom is the fluff that is easy to pick up.
This fluff is an essential element for a tasteful discoloration.
As you wear it and adjust to your body, the fluff disappears from the sliding parts such as the knees, waist, and crotch, and the color fades from there. The part where the fluff has disappeared is light, and the remaining part remains a dark color.
This shade creates an exquisite color contrast on a piece of denim.
Therefore, RESOLUTE denim must be worn for at least one year before it can be "finished" to suit the wearer.
