Cloth
Our making of clothes begins with thinking about the fabric.
Currently, there are hundreds or thousands of kinds of fabrics on the market, but we do not just choose from them and make clothes, but we also think about the fabric itself and design it, which is new to other manufacturers. I'm making clothes.
For denim, which is a popular material, we challenged the old dyeing method called Nakahaku (a dyeing method that does not dye even the core of the thread), aiming for a military feel.

Sewing
Various things around us such as mobile phones and cars are evolving day by day.
Of course, the sewing machines needed to make clothes are no exception.
We are also conducting research and development on sewing machines, but the aim is to create a sewing machine that can reproduce old-fashioned details.
I am working hard with the sewing craftsmen on a daily basis while modifying the old American sewing machine that I brought in.

The texture of used clothes and washed-out clothes found in F.O.B clothes is due to manual processing using various chemicals and methods.
Even in the Okayama area, we will work with the most advanced processing plants, wondering how to get the texture we expect, and we will move toward completion.
