I like jeans and American casual clothes, so people think I really like America.
But honestly, I like the America of the past, and I don't find the America of today that appealing.
I don't watch baseball, so I'm not interested in Shohei Otani, I'm not attracted to Marvel, and I don't find Disney appealing.
Of course, this is a matter of my personal taste, so I'm not denying it.
But maybe I'm a nostalgic person. Haha
The America I admired was the fashion of the 1940s, the movies and music from the 1960s to the 1990s.
I loved LEVIS'.
And I loved Kurd Cobain.
I admired Robert De Niro and I like Harvey Keitel.
I love Eddie Murphy too.
I used to admire Magic Johnson and now I love Ja Morant.
I'm also rooting for Pulisic.
And I have a very kind friend in Italy.
He knows that I'm an AC Milan fan, and he sends me the newspaper on the day that Milan wins an important game.
How happy this makes me in Japan.
How grateful I am.
I'm sure I can't express my joy and gratitude to him properly. Haha
I'm many times happier than you think. Haha
I think.
Money is very important in the world.
You can't live without it, and it has a big influence on your fate, so money is really important.
But, of course, it's not just that.
I understand how important money is in life.
But there are things that are more important than that.
That's people.
Family, lovers, friends, colleagues.
The people around you really enrich your life.
Humans can't be friends with everyone.
But everyone has a chance to be friends.
No matter how old you are.
I've made a lot of friends since I turned 40.
I have a lot of friends in Germany, England, Canada, and Korea.
I'll definitely have dinner with them someday.
That's one of my goals in life. Haha
Just being able to think like that makes me happy.
I'm really grateful to everyone.
Even if we don't have any special contact, I'm grateful to everyone who looks at Instagram or this blog, and everyone who comes to our restaurant.

Anyway, I was in the mood for Italian food that day, so I went to eat the best pasta in Shimokitazawa.
Tajarin with black truffles and butter sauce.
Truffles are a little expensive, but when I'm in a good mood, I don't mind splurging a little.
The tajarin here is the best.
When I want to feel close to Italy, I come to this restaurant.
There are many other delicious menu items.
I've never eaten Italian food there, though. Haha
But this pasta, burrata cheese and tagliata are all delicious, so I'm more than satisfied. Haha
I feel like Italy is close to me.
