MACHIDAYA

MACHIDAYA

Let me say it again.
If you like ramen, you should eat it at a proper, delicious restaurant.
There are many types of IEKEI ramen, and everyone has their own preferences.
There are three IEKEI ramen that I approve of.
MACHIDAYA, DOUKUTUYA, SAMURAI.
I don't think any other shops are delicious apart from these three.
As for SAMURAI, the one in Shibuya is not delicious.
The one in Komaba Toudaimae is delicious.
As you can see, even within the same shop, the taste varies depending on the shop.
That's quite normal.
But MACHIDAYA in Shinjuku is where the soup, noodles, char siu, and seaweed are all delicious.
The balance of the pork bone flavor, soy sauce flavor, and chicken oil is exquisite.
You'll be surprised at how delicious the noodles are, and of course the char siu and seaweed are.

Order half a serving of rice and put some doubanjiang on top of the rice.
Then sprinkle on some sesame seeds.
Then eat the rice with the seaweed soaked in the soup.
It's seriously the best!
I want you to try it at least once.
Even famous restaurants in Japan often don't taste good.
I don't think that restaurants that are popular overseas taste good.
Of course, tastes vary, so I can't say for sure.
But for me, this is definitely the best.
And there are many bad restaurants, that's the truth. Haha
Especially MACHIDASYOUTEN, which has a similar name to MACHIDAYA.
These two are unrelated and completely different restaurants.
You won't be impressed by MACHIDASYOUTEN at all. Hahah
I hope that foreigners who come to Japan and like ramen will eat really good ramen.
When you go to MACHIDAYA, put some doubanjiang on your rice and make the noodles firm.
I recommend that. Haha
Anyway, it's a mistake to think that it's delicious just because it's famous. Haha
If you like ramen and come to Japan, I hope you'll find it.
