RAMEN "UCHIDENOKODUCHI"
Share
Japanese ramen seems to be popular all over the world.
But to me, ramen that is popular all over the world is below average. Haha
For example, IPPUDO and ICHIRAN are very popular, but to me it's about 60-70 points.
Of course, it's a matter of taste, so I'm not denying it.
I'm just not that fond of it.
That's why I regularly introduce my favorite ramen.
Because I want people to know about the various ramen in Japan.
UCHIDENOKODUCHI is about a 10-minute walk from Kyodo Station.
You can taste really delicious soup here.
A destructive soup with a rich, condensed tonkotsu soup and soy sauce.
The soup here is one of the best tonkotsu soy sauce shops.
And the noodles are thick, smooth and chewy.
I like noodles that are a little more chewy, but the noodles here aren't bad either.
The soup is so delicious that the vegetables are also delicious when dipped in the soup.
And the two kinds of char siu.
This is also delicious.
Once you try this ramen, you won't be satisfied with ramen around here. Haha
However, ramen is really subdivided, so there are many delicious ramen shops with different types.
I love the soup and toppings here, but the noodles are not my favorite.
Still, it's very delicious overall, and it's in my top 20 ramen.
It's three stations away from Shimokitazawa, so it's not close, but it's not too far away to go.
It's said that Jiro-style ramen has bad customer service and troublesome rules, but this shop has good service, the rules are simple, and it's easy to eat.
It's also recommended for people who come from overseas and want to eat Jiro-style ramen, but don't want to go to a scary shop or a shop with strict rules.
The taste is not inferior to the original Jiro.
Please enjoy the happy harmony of this rich pork bone soy sauce soup with vegetables, char siu, and noodles. Haha
Oh, don't forget to add a little garlic while you're eating. Haha
I want many foreigners to know the taste of delicious ramen.
My journey as a ramen evangelist has just begun. Haha
