This dark indigo denim is made from thick threads specially twisted for this fabric and woven at low tension to give it a rugged, crunchy appearance.
It was named asphalt denim because its appearance resembles an asphalt road.

It's not extremely thick, it's slightly thick and straight, and as the name suggests, it's very easy to wear.
This is a new silhouette from Oni Denim, and the jeans have a rough texture that you can enjoy.

The classic leather patch is embossed with Oniyaki embossed and is made of tanned leather.
The front has a button fly and the buttons are original buttons.
Oni Denim's original copper punched rivets. Of course, there is also the familiar detail on the back of the hip pocket, which is said to be a hidden rivet.
The hip pocket has original stitching, and the original flasher also has a nice atmosphere.

*About asphalt denim
Low-tension woven denim is woven with a relaxed tension, so the threads inevitably come into contact with friction in the loom, resulting in an accidental ball-like part.
This tendency will be very weak if the thread is a beautiful thin thread, but Asphalt consciously uses coarse thick thread and is woven with ultra-low tension, so it can be woven with large and small threads like the image below. A ball will form.
Please note that the threads are not broken, so please be aware that this is an unavoidable by-product when making rough denim like this.
