Buzz Rickson's first denim jacket. Introducing the Great War model.
The denim blouse was created under regulations to alleviate the shortage of supplies during World War II.
The pocket flap that came with previous models has been omitted, and the front buttons have been changed from 5 to 4.
"FOR THE DURATION" written on this flasher means "during the war", and it states that specifications will be changed due to material control until the end of the war. In the 1940s, the U.S. government awarded companies that produced excellent munitions with the E-pennant, which stands for Excellent, in recognition of their achievements.
At the time of World War II, Buzz Rickson's served as a flight jacket contractor and was awarded the E pennant, and this flasher has been realized.
The leather patch on the collar is a vegetable tanned deerskin label. The buttons are made of iron arabesque donut buttons.
Pleats give movement. The pleat stitches on the left side of the body are designed to start and end at the top, and on the right side, the stitches start and end at the bottom.
Pocket stitch with a handmade feel. There is selvedge on the back of the endpaper.
Cufflinks with vertical grain. If you use it horizontally, the expression will change.
The original 13.6oz. denim has a rough texture and is easy to wear, and the more you use it, the more its texture will improve.
The silhouette is a reproduction of the time, so the length will be slightly shorter.
