Samurai's classic series has been renewed from the 2020 Fall/Winter season. The proud denim fabric and details have been inherited and his silhouette has been further adjusted and reviewed.
The back pocket stitching is a new design with the image of a seagull flapping its wings.
The red tab is gone, and a new name "Navy-based SAMURAI red letter" is attached to the left end of the right back pocket opening.

Irregular 5th thread is used for the warp, and the hard and rough raw cotton is spun using a method (strong twist) that gives it a more rough feel.
The shape of the unevenness also has a naturalness that was difficult to express with a thick thread of No. 5. Dyeing is done in a special dark color that is one level higher than the dark color that can be expressed with 100% indigo, and the white core of the thread is made as large as possible so that it is easy to get hit.
The weft threads are number 4 and thick, and the back is soft to the touch. The rugged hard surface and the softness of the part that touches the skin make it even more comfortable to wear. Regarding the weave, we are particular about hitting it to the limit with heavy ounce denim.

The leather patch for S511XX19oz2 is designed by Kojiro Musashi, a crescent moon representing a slender body, and a large Kojiro Musashi representing a 19oz specification.
Other specifications include a dedicated flasher, iron sunrise button, copper coin-shaped rivet, SAMURAI woven label, and Shogyo Mujo jacquard sleek.
For sewing, we mainly use two colors, banana yellow and gold brown, and adjust the count, needle movement, stitch width, etc. according to the characteristics of each part to give it a sharp look.
The back pocket is designed with the image of a seagull flapping its wings, and is stitched with dark blue thread. A stitch pattern appears due to color fading over time.
In addition, it is a model with a lot of highly original details, such as Samurai Jeans' original punched copper rivets, and the familiar details behind the hip pocket, which are said to be hidden rivets, are Samurai's original impermanence rivets.
