This 1950's vintage piece is a valuable piece of dead stock that Sugar Cane keeps, although the color has faded over time.
Based on this vintage, we have faithfully reproduced everything from the uneven fabric woven with non-uniform threads to the distinctive details of each part.
This zipper fly model was released in the mid-1950s as fashion wear, not workwear, with the eastern American market in mind.
In the mid-1960s, a preshrunk denim model appeared, but this model still uses the same unshrunk gray fabric as the button fly.
The actual vintage model is woven with more uneven and uneven yarn than the 1947 model, and if you look at the back side, you can see that the weft is made of a strongly beige colored yarn. The denim fabric is based on vintage fabric, and the yarn and dyeing are created from scratch specifically for this model, resulting in a texture that is different from the 1947 model.

In terms of details, characteristics of this era include the extremely short, thick stitches on the sides and the belt loops at the center of the back, which are offset to the left to avoid thicker parts in order to improve production efficiency and save thread.
As for the belt loops, we follow the vintage style and use lighter weight denim than the body.
The zipper is his GRIPPER ZIPPER brass pinlock type. The zipper tape is also made of cotton, so it will fade and age just like denim fabric. Like the denim fabric, the top button has been updated to match the dead stock 1955Z, rather than reusing the 1947 model.
The opening of the waist pocket has a gentler curve than the 1947 model. Selvedge is used at the edge of the coin pocket.
Using an original flasher with a vintage feel, the back pocket has a simple no-stitch design.
