This is a reverse (horizontal) sweatshirt made from Buzz Rickson's heavy fleece sweatshirt fabric.
Conventional sweatshirts and hoodies tend to shrink vertically after repeated washing.
Horizontal knitting is a solution to this problem, using the fabric horizontally.
Horizontal knitting uses the fabric of the body horizontally and switches to ribbed material on the sides. Horizontal means "horizontal".
It prevents shrinkage in length and is designed with vertical and horizontal stretchability in mind.
The seamless shoulders provide a smooth fit without stress when worn, but it is not easy to handle as a wide area is cut and the neck part is hollowed out. The V-shaped gusset on the front is designed to be fitted into a panel after being hollowed out in a V shape.
The design is printed with the Army Technical Association. It is designed to be worn under a flight jacket, so the armholes are narrow and the length is short.
It has a military-style print, but it goes well with other American casual items as well.
