While maintaining the same color fading, they have developed a lighter and softer 11.5oz SS.
Not only is it comfortable to wear, but it also reproduces the unique look of vintage denim, and when the fabric was completed, expectations for the ideal staple item were high.
This time, the classic Dartford processing method was applied to this 11.5oz denim, and they succeeded in expressing the smooth touch and unique texture of vintage denim without compromising comfort.
The shape is the second type 2102. The 2102 is the "Type 2 Denim Jacket", which has been loved for many years as Full Count's standard denim jacket.
It has a moderate sense of roominess, and unlike the 1st, the back cinch has been eliminated, and the design allows adjustment with buttons, making it more functional as workwear.
With its simple design, it is the most popular type right now.
The denim fabric is Zimbabwe cotton, which is also familiar from Full Count's standard denim. Zimbabwe cotton is renowned for its high quality among cottons.
This cotton, called extra-long staple cotton, is hand-picked one by one, and is easy to make strong uneven yarn with a loose twist with few seams, which creates a stretchy texture that is soft and comfortable against the skin, creating denim that is reputed to be easy to wear and comfortable to wear.
By using 100% of the highest quality natural materials and carefully making them on old-fashioned power looms over a long period of time, we can create jeans that are easy to wear and have excellent durability.
In addition, the vertical fading and whiskers unique to vintage jeans, which are created by weaving on old-fashioned power looms, are finished with no complaints, allowing you to enjoy the charm of vintage jeans themselves.
The silhouette is slightly loose. (Because it has been processed, it is about one size smaller than the regular 2102SS.)
