This time, we use the same 13.7oz denim fabric as the standard.
The cotton used is Zimbabwe cotton, but this limited edition model uses brown cotton, which is naturally colored from the time of cultivation.
It makes use of the original characteristics of the cotton and is close to the original cotton. The brown color is due to tannins, and the fabric is soft and you can enjoy the original texture of cotton. This brown cotton is not used much in modern times, but for this work, we deliberately used brown cotton, which is wild and familiar to human skin.
Full count denim fabric using Zimbabwe cotton, which is famous for its high quality among cotton.
This cotton, called extra-long staple cotton, is hand-picked one by one, and it is easy to create strong uneven yarn with a loose twist with few seams, which creates an elasticity that is soft and familiar to the skin, creating denim that is reputed to be easy to wear.
We use 100% of the highest quality natural materials and carefully make it on an old-fashioned power loom over a long time, which is why we can create jeans that are easy to wear and have excellent durability.
In addition, the vertical fading and whiskering that are unique to vintage jeans, which are born from weaving on old-fashioned power looms, are impeccably finished, allowing you to enjoy the charm of vintage jeans themselves.
The moderate thickness of the fabric, 13.7 oz, is highly elastic and resilient, and you can feel the stress-free comfort of wearing it on your skin.
This wartime model is attractive for its details that were simplified during wartime due to material control.
The pleated stitches are slightly narrower in width. The buttons are iconic donut buttons. Of course, it has four buttons that are unique to wartime models.
Of course, it is complete with familiar details such as unstamped rivets and flapless pockets.
This work is deliberately made from a different perspective. Due to a shortage of personnel at the time, inexperienced seamstresses made incomplete and rough stitching.
This was reflected in this work as one of its charms.
The thread is left free to run without finishing thread piling. The setting is that the special conditions of wartime allowed this.
You can wear it as is, or of course you can do the thread plucking yourself and give it a final finishing touch.
This is a battle model born from an unprecedented concept, as well as familiar details from battles such as donut-shaped buttons.
