This time, we use the same 13.7oz denim fabric as the standard.
The cotton used is Zimbabwe cotton, but this limited model uses brown cotton, which is naturally colored from the time of cultivation.
It makes use of the original characteristics of the cotton and is close to the original cotton species. This brown color is due to tannins, and the fabric is soft and you can enjoy the original texture of cotton. This brown cotton is not used much in modern times, but for this work, we deliberately used brown cotton that is wild and familiar to human skin.
Full Count jeans made with Zimbabwe cotton, which is famous for being high quality among cotton.
This cotton, called extra-long staple cotton, is hand-picked one by one, and it is easy to create a strong uneven thread with a loose twist with few seams, which creates an elasticity that is soft and familiar to the skin, creating denim that is reputed to be easy to wear.
We use 100% of the finest natural materials and carefully make them on old-fashioned power looms, which allows us to create jeans that are easy to wear and durable.
In addition, the vertical fading and whiskering that are unique to vintage jeans, which are created by weaving them on old-fashioned power looms, are impeccably finished, allowing you to enjoy the charm of vintage jeans themselves.
The moderate thickness of the fabric, 13.7 oz, is highly elastic and resilient, allowing you to feel the stress-free comfort of wearing them on your skin.
Silhouette
We have adopted the 0105 model, which is the thickest of the standard models.
The name has been changed from the 1953 MODEL, and the silhouette has become much wider, and the difference between the front and back rises has been increased to emphasize the hip hang.
The hip area has also become larger, but the shape has been reborn as a wonderful shape that does not feel bulky in the front or excess under the hips.
The silhouette has a gentle, natural taper, and is not just thick and unfashionable, but is finished in a fashionable silhouette.
Details
This wartime model is attractive for its details that were simplified due to material control during wartime.
This work was created from a different perspective. Due to a shortage of personnel at the time, inexperienced seamstresses made incomplete and rough stitching.
This was reflected in this work as one of its charms.
Rivets without engraving on the greatly distorted back pocket. The bottom of the pocket is not folded, but cut off.
In addition, the thread is left loose without finishing thread piling. The special conditions of wartime allowed this.
You can wear it as it is, or of course you can piling the thread yourself and do the final finishing.
This battle model was born from an unprecedented concept, as well as familiar details from battles such as donut-shaped buttons.
