[STUDIO D'ARTISAN "D1894" 双藍 (Dubble Indigo) Jeans]
STUDIO D'ARTISAN, which means "artisan's workshop", is a brand from Osaka that has released various items since its debut in 1979. It is the original manufacturer of replica jeans, and is so particular that it divides its products into "natural indigo denim", which has a heavy color fade even among natural indigo dyes, and "pure indigo denim", which has clear shades.
On the other hand, it continues to attract fans with its humorous items using "pig" characters.
Denim
"Dubble indigo denim" is a combination of two shades of indigo, reddish and greenish, creating a deep flavor and unique color.
The indigo color of the warp thread of this denim is carefully dyed using the traditional Japanese dyeing method "Kase Dyeing".
In this method, the yarn is exposed to air after dyeing, and this process is repeated to change the color intensity as the dyeing proceeds.
The subtle adjustments of the dyeing process and delicate work combine to create two indigo colors with unique depth and unevenness.
The profound and deep colors created in this way are the culmination of Japanese tradition and craftsmanship.
In addition, the two colors of uneven slub yarns are woven alternately one by one to create an exquisite overlap of colors, giving the fabric an even richer look.
The unevenness and depth that naturally occurs with this weaving method has a special charm that cannot be found in other denim, resulting in a 15-ounce denim with a unique beauty.

Details
It uses original copper punched rivets and, of course, features a leather patch.
The front has a button fly, which is also original.
