This denim shirt is based on vintage Western shirts from the 1950s and 60s.
Furthermore, the denim fabric used is also produced by analyzing vintage fabrics and handling the spinning and dyeing processes ourselves.
While many Western shirts made for Western movies and stage costumes at the time were flashy and extravagant, featuring fringes and satin fabrics, denim, chambray, and flannel were preferred as realistic, practical clothing for cowboys.
The body and sleeve seams are constructed with double-needle chain stitching, giving it a workwear feel, but a distinctive feature is the fitted waist compared to work shirts.
The Western yoke, said to have been designed to protect the shoulders in case of a fall from a horse, is a characteristic feature.
Snap buttons are used in various places so that the shirt could be easily removed if it got caught on horse tack or cow horns during work at the time.
The pearl parts of the buttons are made from real shells (carved from seashells), so there are individual differences in color and texture depending on the location. Each cuff has three buttons.
