The Z fabric used is based on the texture and dyeing of a miracle fabric created by one of the denim manufacturers around 15 years ago.
At the time, Japanese factories had little experience with low-tension weaving, and denim manufacturers experimented with various settings on vintage shuttle looms through trial and error.
Many denim brands have failed in their attempts to create this product, but he is the only one who accidentally created an uneven, wavy fabric that has never been seen before.
In other words, Z is a gift that was born by chance for some reason. Since this slub denim was created, we have improved this fabric every time we produce it, and the one we are finally satisfied with is the current Z fabric. We use Texas cotton because the long fibers form the base of the irregular surface.
Also, although it is a very coarse cotton, it becomes softer when worn.
The yarn is rope dyed and soaked six times in synthetic indigo (Pure Indigo), giving it a slightly lighter blue tone to allow the weft to show through.
Z threads are spun gently to speed up color fading.

Although the watari itself is not extremely thin, the hem is so thin that it is a little difficult to wear.
This is a one-of-a-kind tapered model that is not made by other brands.

The original top button features a picture of a raccoon dog, which is also the brand name.
The leather patch has a simple design with only "two", which is also the brand's icon. The more you wash it, the more the texture will improve, and you can enjoy how it changes over time.
The pocket has a single hidden stitch, and the right pocket has a "two" embroidered on it, just like the patch.
The colors of this embroidery represent the red and white of Japan's national flag, but the color of the denim is also considered to be blue, which hides a playful anagram-like effect that represents the national flags of France and the Netherlands, where the designer is located. .
Other highly unique details include the use of copper punched rivets and the bright blue sewing thread on the inner thigh.
In addition, by using core yarn thread for sewing, you can enjoy both durability and discoloration over time.
