Many denim brands have failed in their attempts to create this product, but he is the only one who accidentally created an uneven, wavy fabric that has never been seen before.
In other words, Z is a gift that was born by chance for some reason. Since this slub denim was created, we have improved this fabric every time we produce it, and the one we are finally satisfied with is the current Z fabric. We use Texas cotton because the long fibers form the base of the irregular surface.
Also, although it is a very coarse cotton, it becomes softer when worn.
The yarn is rope dyed and soaked six times in synthetic indigo (Pure Indigo), giving it a slightly lighter blue tone to allow the weft to show through.
Z threads are spun gently to speed up color fading.
