[WARE HOUSE "Lot 3022 F & G" Flannel Shirts With Chinstrap]
This is a wear house flannel shirt. This flannel shirt is woven on an old-fashioned power loom, making full use of precious fabrics that can only be produced in a limited area. The fabric has a texture that is created by recreating the time from the thread itself. Just like vintage flannel shirts from the 1960s, Wearhouse uses selvedge in the gusset to create the same construction as real vintage shirts.
This 3022 is a piece that samples the pattern from the fabric sample book of BRAVEMAN, a shirt manufacturer that once existed in the United States, and the shape of the chin strap, which is a feature of this item, is also reproduced to the specifications of the same brand. The collar is characterized by its small shape, giving it a classic look. A slightly larger pocket with a home base-shaped flap. The details of the pen holder are also reproduced. Another characteristic of old flannel shirts is that the pocket pattern is not used diagonally. The cufflinks are one of the standard sleeves with old vintage details. A gusset with selvedge that proves it was used on a power loom. There is a union ticket on the back of the placket, which is carefully designed to be used in places that are difficult to see.
