The 2ND-HAND series, aptly named, aims to replicate the feel of well-worn, secondhand clothing from America.
This is a short-sleeved sweatshirt, a style that could be said to have originated in the American climate.
Originally designed as athletic warm-up wear, it was meant to be worn in a snug fit.
Therefore, vintage versions are often quite tight.
To address this issue, Warehouse has created a short-sleeved sweatshirt with a relaxed fit and a comfortable length, while utilizing printing techniques honed through secondhand clothing know-how. The fabric's slight skewing, print distortion, and color variations give it a vintage feel.
It perfectly recreates the exquisite sizing of vintage clothing that's hard to find elsewhere.
The coolness of the loopwheeled fabric, which hasn't been brushed, is also a welcome feature for the Japanese climate.
The fabric's texture will improve with repeated wear and washing.
