Introducing a new belt from BIG JOHN, crafted from premium steerhide with an exceptionally thick profile—measuring between 4mm and 5mm. It features a newly designed buckle made of brass with a silver-plated finish. Like the VBLT05 model, the leather undergoes a slow, meticulous vegetable-tanning process in traditional pits. A key difference here is that the leather is left undyed at the core—creating a "tea-core" effect—allowing you to enjoy the process of aging and developing a unique patina, much like with a pair of jeans.

<Original brass buckle> I am creating an original brass buckle. Craftsmen carefully create it with old-fashioned methods. Not exactly the same thing can be done, but there is depth and taste unique to handmade.
