We use graphzero's 16oz selvedge denim, which is not only dyed from cotton, but also has a meticulous attention to detail on the loom settings.
This is graphzero's original selvedge denim, woven slowly and slowly with zero tension. .
This denim is made of "gray denim" woven on an old-fashioned power loom, and is not pre-shrunk, anti-kink, or burnt, giving it a vintage feel that can only be seen in the past.
The orange selvedge with two lines is proof of graphzero. The gray denim has a rough and fuzzy feel, so it conforms to your body every time you wear it, and graphzero's right twill allows you to enjoy the typical vintage spotting, and depending on the spot, vertical spots may appear.

By using cotton thread for sewing, it is not as strong, but it blends well with denim and changes over time.

We have adopted details that make a strong impression as work pants from the early 1900s.
In addition to the workmanship of the ducktail silhouette and the high yoke stitching on the back yoke, the jeans combine elements from various eras throughout, such as offset center loops and exposed rivets to reinforce the pockets.
The pocket slip and back pocket patch are made of synthetic herringbone fabric with a cute Japanese name.
The patch is made of extra-thick tanned leather (approximately 3mm thick). That patch is filled with passion.
