Sewing (About rolled stitching)
Of course, we are thorough about everything from the denim to the sewing and details.
Rolled stitching is one of the techniques for sewing armholes and is a very important technique.
The number of craftsmen with this excellent technique is decreasing in modern times, which has led to a decrease in production efficiency.
The rolled stitching is a delicate technique that can only be beautifully finished by the hands of a skilled craftsman.
One-piece sleeve
This one-piece sleeve has only a stitch under the armpit, which is extremely rare.
Most models have two-piece sleeves and both sleeves have stitches, but the one-piece sleeve is made of a single piece of fabric, and the manufacturing process is very time-consuming because there are fewer stitches. The unique silhouette is the characteristic of the one-piece sleeve.
Split back
This specification is only seen on big sizes 46 inches and above, and is a so-called T-back specification in which the stitch lines of the back yoke and the back fabric cross.
Buttons and buckles
Uses iron laurel one-star buttons.
The cinch buckle uses an iron lily buckle that was only used on war models.
Cotton thread 100%
The sewing thread is made of 100% all-yellow cotton thread, which is characterized by its earthy color.
The poor fastness of the cotton thread causes it to fade, and when it shrinks, it causes puckering, giving it a good feel. This leads to a good look.
Rayon red tab
Red tab, which is difficult to produce nowadays. Jacquard weave of rayon dyed red, just like the original.
Oxidized rivets
Original copper oxide rivets are used by burning Universal copper.
