[JELADO "AG94341B" 41 Khaki Last Resort Chino Cloth Stencil]
The ultimate chino cloth made with great attention to detail, from raw cotton, thread, weaving, and dyeing. This is the new LASTRESORT CHINO CLOTH.
This is the stencil version.
As with the Last Resort Denim, we disassembled carefully selected pieces from several types of deadstock M41 KHAKI and thoroughly crafted the material while considering the production background and technical capabilities of the time, such as the thickness of the thread, the shape of the unevenness, the number of twists, and the direction of twisting.
The raw cotton used is Gerard's basic American Deep South cotton. The unevenness is neither too strong nor too weak, recreating a natural uneven thread.
Until now, the material has been dyed with reactive dyes, but this time it has been dyed with sulfur dyes, which were used at the time.
Although the quality of sulfur dyes is inferior to modern reactive dyes, they were resistant to fastness, friction, and sunlight for dyes in the 1950s, and were quite excellent dyes for the time, so they were used for materials that required toughness, such as work clothes and towels.
You can enjoy the aging process just like back then by using American cotton, shuttle looms, and sulfur dyes. The fabric is finished with a texture reminiscent of the vintage of the time, so you can enjoy the new 41KHAKI from Gerard.
The distinctive offset belt loops and the 2mm wide double-welted pockets, just like the vintage, are highly reproducible.
Normally, the pockets are made of sleek fabric, but like the vintage sampled, a separate chino fabric is used. The side seams also have strong puckering, which adds a rugged impression to the extra-thick silhouette when worn.
By matching the stitching to the pitch of the time, it expresses a classic atmosphere that is more like the 41KHAKI.
The rise is deep and the thighs are thick, creating a silhouette that matches the vintage.
