[JELADO "AG94341DB" 41 Denim Stencil]
41khaki was an unprecedented hit.
Based on this design, we changed the material and made it using the blue tag of 10.5oz LAST RESORT DENIM.
This is a custom version with a "PW" stencil.
Each piece is stenciled by hand, so there are slight individual differences, just like the real vintage items, which makes it realistic.
We disassembled a LEE coverall from the 1940s and analyzed the thickness of the thread, the weave, and the strength of the unevenness, and created it with the image of sparse vertical fading by randomly weaving three different warp thread thicknesses to better reproduce the faded vintage atmosphere that remains today.
The thickness is 10.5oz, making it a denim that is easy to wear even when the weather cools down.
Unlike the blue tag based on the LEE from the 1940s, the weft is woven with off-white thread.
The number of threads is the same with Deep South cotton, warp threads 8, 9, and 10, and weft thread 9, but the color of the weft is different, so this one looks lighter when comparing the appearance of the surface.
Like the classic 41khaki, it has a highly reproducible finish, including the characteristic offset belt loops and the vintage-style 2mm-wide double-welted pockets. The pockets are also made of a different fabric to enhance the atmosphere.
A characteristic of 41DENIM TROUSER is that the buttons are made of metal buttons, so they are made with more luxurious details.
The silhouette is also made with the same dimensions, so it is recommended for those who like the 41khaki silhouette.
*The stitch color will be changed to gray. It will match the collar stitching of the coverall.
