[JELADO "JP94112" Smoker Shirt Indigo Chambray]
The fabric is a 100% cotton bespoke indigo chambray.
It is a reproduction of the fabric of the 20's to 30's "BRAVEMAN" DEADSTOCK work shirt owned by Gerard.
Chambray fabric is a plain weave fabric with a colored warp thread and a white thread (or a different colored thread) for the weft, and is a cotton fabric characterized by a unique marbled texture on the surface.
The weft thread is uneven, making it a supple fabric with moderate thickness and hardness.
The fabric has a unique indigo dyeing that causes vertical fading and creases due to the unique wearability, allowing you to feel the changes over time.
The design is based on the "BIG YANK" Gacha Pocket shirt from the 1930s.
The small pocket on the front reproduces the bag stitching unique to vintage items, making it a part that tickles the vintage heart even more.
The shoulders and arms are triple stitched for strength. In addition, the pockets and other parts are double-stitched, just like the originals, to give the shirt a more original feel.
The buttons are hexagonal, as used on old work shirts.
The gusset has an open loop and selvedge. The original "BIG YANK" was available in both selvedge and bag-stitched versions, so this time we chose the selvedge version to preserve the original feel.
Cotton thread is used for sewing. If you use cotton thread, the thread will get tighter when you wash or dry it, and the shoulders and arms will look more pronounced.
The size is slim around the arms, giving the shirt a clean fit.
This work shirt has a strong presence and is a fusion of a sturdy, solid construction and a highly fashionable design.

For my (173cm 64kg) body type, size 38 (M) is just right.
This is a simple chambray shirt that gets better the more you wear it.
It has a beautiful silhouette, and is a useful item to have.
