The fabric is 100% cotton broadcloth, woven with fine threads.

The design is based on the "BIG YANK" Gacha Pocket shirt from the 1930s.
The small pocket on the front reproduces the vintage-style bag stitching, making it even more vintage-friendly.

The buttons are hexagonal, as used on old work shirts.
The gusset part is intentionally made bag-stitched, rather than with ears. This is because the original "BIG YANK" at the time had a gusset with a bag stitching type, not a gusset with ears, and both types existed in work shirts, chambray shirts, and wool shirts at the time.
Bag stitching makes the gusset stronger.
The sewing thread is made of cotton thread, so when you wash it or put it in the dryer, the thread gets tighter and the shoulders and arms become more pronounced.
The size is based on the regular length of JELADO's original flannel shirt.
The sleeve length is longer than that of a flannel shirt, making it easier to wear and easier to coordinate with other items.

It's a stylish shirt that pairs nicely with denim.
