Denim
This denim is woven on a 1950s shuttle loom using yarn spun on the Ishikawadai ring spinning frame, said to be the oldest spinning frame still in operation in Japan.
A Japanese-made ring spinning frame named "Ishikawadai" was manufactured in 1953.
The manufacturer has no records of any older machines, making it the oldest spinning frame still in operation in Japan.
The Ishikawadai spins at a slower speed, about one-third the speed of the latest ring spinning frames.
While this results in lower productivity, it places less stress on the cotton, resulting in a natural, almost hand-spun look (unevenness).
This is a unique feature of the Ishikawadai.
The denim fabric for this product was spun on a 1950 shuttle loom using yarn spun from a 6-count straight yarn on the Ishikawadai.
The indigo warp thread is dyed with the same green cast dye as Secret Denim, giving it a unique, slightly greenish hue that is unlike any other.
Silhouette
Super wide straight jeans are the widest silhouette in the Oni denim line.
They have a relaxed rise and waistline. They are a straight model that swings straight down to the hem.

Details
The leather patch is made of horse tanned leather with green foil embossing.
This leather patch is sewn on after the jeans have been washed.
The buttons are original buttons.
Oni Denim's original copper punched rivets. Of course, there is also the familiar detail on the back of the hip pocket, known as hidden rivets.
The hip pocket has original stitching, and the original flasher adds to the style.
The details, which show off the brand's individuality, are full of charm.
