"Clothing that becomes more dynamic with time, and a chic presentation." This collection is comprised of items that reflect that vision.
D'ARTISAN, which takes its name from French, began as a store modeled after a small French boutique.
The concept was "expressing a new fashion culture through jeans."
Orgueil follows a similar foundation, starting with a small selection of items and small batches.
The design is based on the A-1 type jacket adopted by the US Army Air Forces in the 1920s.
This design dates back to the pre-practical days of zippers and features buttons on the front, giving it a classic feel.
The leather used is processed by a tanner that specializes in horsehide, and while making the most of the qualities of the steer, it is finished with aniline dye to achieve the fine grain and transparent colour of horsehide.
The leather is approximately 1.5mm thick, and the buttons are engraved nut buttons, creating a vintage feel.
This leather jacket has a thick, sturdy leather texture that will change over time.
Includes an original hanger
This hanger allows you to hang jackets and shirts in their original shape without distorting them.
We asked a Japanese craftsman to create a sample of our original hanger.
The wood used is beech, a fine-grained, hard, and resistant to cracking that is often used for furniture.
Each piece is carefully rounded by hand.
