Denim
These jeans are dyed in "Kyomizu-ai" (Kyoto Water Indigo).
They are crafted using the brand's signature "100-series" denim as the base fabric.
Stitched with unbleached thread, the design allows a subtle *asagi* (pale blue-green) hue to emerge after the dyeing process.
The base indigo takes on a deeper richness, while the reverse side is dyed a vibrant *asagi* shade.
This pale, delicate color—achieved with perfectly uniform, even dyeing—is the result of the meticulous craftsmanship and unique sensibility of female artisans.
Please enjoy to the fullest this refined indigo hue, which possesses the clarity and elegance of pure water.
Silhouette
The silhouette is a regular straight fit.
It shares the same silhouette as the classic "SD-101" model, allowing you to enjoy the look of classic "XX" models and vintage denim.
Details
It features original stamped copper rivets and, naturally, a leather patch.
This version comes in the special "KYOUSUIAI" (KYOTO AQUA INDIGO) finish.
The front features a button fly using original buttons.
It is packed with meticulous details, such as an off-center belt loop and a label marked "KYOUSUIAI."
Like the leather patch, the flasher also features a special design that evokes a distinctively Japanese aesthetic.
*Regarding Hemming*
This product uses a special blue thread that we do not stock.
Therefore, we cannot perform hemming using blue thread.
Please note that if you have the hemming done at our shop, brown thread will be used instead.
