STUDIO D'ARTISAN, which means "artisan's workshop," is a brand from Osaka that has released a variety of items since its debut in 1979.
As the original manufacturer of replica jeans, they are so particular that they divide their natural indigo-dyed denim into "natural indigo denim," which has a heavy color fade, and "pure indigo denim," which has clear shades.
On the other hand, they continue to fascinate fans with their humorous items using "pig" characters.
Denim
D'Artisan created this product by layering indigo mud dyeing, an ancient dyeing technique, on denim dyed with indigo on both the warp and weft threads.
The indigo and Amami mud overlap to approach black, and the blues and browns that are different from solid black give the black depth.
This denim is carefully crafted by skilled craftsmen, and is beautifully finished. It is imbued with the nature of Amami Oshima and the history of the people who have inherited it since ancient times.

Original copper punched rivets are used, and the patch is an extremely thick goat leather patch.
