SUGAR CANE FIBER DENIM
"Sugar cane denim" is an original denim made with the brand name SUGAR CANE.
The fiber called "bagasse" that remains after refining sugar is mixed with cotton and woven into the fabric. This denim is made from recycled sugar cane, and has antibacterial, deodorizing, and antistatic properties due to the amino acid effect contained in sugar cane.
The sugar cane denim "Lot.401" uses Hawaiian indigo, which is a counterpart to the Ryukyu indigo model. The fabric has a strong blue color and is also characterized by its uneven texture.
Silhouette
The silhouette is a regular straight similar to the 1947 model (SC41947).
The rise is slightly deep and the silhouette is thick. It is a regular straight that is close to the so-called XX type.
It is a standard silhouette that any denim fan or American casual fan will have tried at least once.
Details
The label is a hair-on-hide print of a turtle, which is considered a messenger of the gods in Hawaii, and the back pocket has hand-embroidered sashiko stitching.
The flasher has a different design from the usual Sugar Cane standard jeans, and the back pocket has a design.
The hidden rivets and selvedge are fine details, but the price setting that is unique to Sugar Cane is also highly rated.
