This is a sukajan from the original souvenir jacket brand, "TAILOR TOYO".
We have a sukajan in stock that is brand new but has a vintage feel, made of acetate rayon fabric.
ACETATE SOUVENIR JACKET This reversible type is the most standard among souvenir jackets, with acetate fabric on both sides.
After the war, acetate, a non-controlled material with a luxurious feel similar to silk, was used in sukajans.
Since it has no padding, it can be worn in any season, and its unique drape is also attractive.
The surface features a Japan map pattern that condenses beautiful Japanese scenery such as Mt. Fuji, five-story pagodas, cherry blossoms, pine trees, and torii gates.
It is a reproduction of a vintage jacket from the early 1950s, and features a luxurious design with few plain areas and the entire back covered in embroidery.
