Denim
This fabric is rope dyed with a "yarn dyeing" method, which dyes the fabric while it is still in thread form.
The core of the thread remains white, so you can enjoy the fading that occurs over time.
And if you take a photo of the faded black denim, it should look like a monochrome photo of indigo jeans from the 1920s.
That's just my fantasy, but... I hope you all will try it out, says Inoue of TCB JEANS.
The fabric is 12.5oz BKBK denim, black both vertically and horizontally.
The yarn with natural unevenness is finished in black with sulfur yarn dyeing.
Because it is yarn dyed, it will have vertical fading and whiskers, so you can enjoy the aging of black jeans.
Black denim made from raw fabric is rare, but at TCB, we want you to enjoy the fading that is unique to black denim.
Silhouette
The silhouette is loose and straight.
It has a deep rise and is a solid, thick straight model that is typical of this era.
The size is smaller than the blue denim 20's.

Details
This period is the one in which the details stand out the most in the 150-year history of jeans.1922 to 2025 - TCB 20's, which is being revived after more than 100 years, is packed with a lot of thought. The back pockets have exposed rivets before they are hidden. The suspender buttons and back cinch remain, but belt loops have been added. Of course, these details are not just design, but are all based on functional beauty. However, it is strange that as soon as the material is changed from indigo to black, it seems as if they exist as a design.

A deep rise that is typical of this era, and a firm, thick straight cut. The exquisitely gentle tapered cut creates a vintage feel.
Naturally uneven yarn is dyed in black with sulfur. Because it is dyed in the yarn, vertical fading and whiskers will appear, so you can enjoy the aging of black jeans.

The 12.5 oz BKBK denim is soft and easy to wear. Selvedge denim that you can enjoy the aging of.
The leather patches, buttons, and rivets are original to TCB. The flannel lining is reproduced based on a vintage piece, resulting in a one-of-a-kind black denim.
