[TCB jeans "30's Jeans C" 30's STRAIGHT]
The so-called 37 model that adopted a red tab and a concealed rivet for the first time.
It becomes 30's Jeans C which TCB reproduced the precious model.
denim
The fabric is a 14.1oz fabric using vertical and horizontal No. 6 threads specially ordered from cotton. 100% rice cotton is used.
We have reproduced the same look as a vintage and a sturdy fit. The fabric feels like it's falling at points instead of suddenly falling in a line.
The same fabric as the new 30's Jacket sold at the same time is recommended as a set up.
silhouette
The silhouette is a straight model that seems to be a model of this era.
It has a slightly deep rise and has a loose and "like" straight line.
detail
The original details owned by TCB have been reproduced in detail.
First of all, with concealed rivets, the sewing method has changed from two-needle parallel stitching to single-needle stitching, avoiding rivets.
The original vintage ones are also carefully sewn, but since the left and right sides are different in shape, TCB created separate patterns for the right and left sides, and succeeded in expressing a slight distortion in each.
It also has a crotch rivet that is still alive in this 37 model era.
The 30's feature is that the suspender button is abolished and both the cinch back and the belt loop are attached.
The details such as the original top button and leather patch are also reproduced.
