At TCB, we create patterns from samples of vintage items, so basically we don't arrange jeans silhouettes.
But the original slim model is different. The Slim 50's & Slim 50's R, which have been sold as standard slim models for many years, have been discontinued, and the silhouette has been updated in the form of TCB's The slim model.

The fabric used is about 13.5oz Zimbabwean cotton.
It is not the unevenness that is forcibly created by a computer, which is the mainstream today, but is created by adjusting the old-fashioned spinning machine.
The striking feeling is characterized by a thick and short fall, and when it naturally connects to the line, you can expect the best fall to be attractive.
The moderate thickness of the 13.5oz fabric is rich in elasticity and elasticity, and you can feel stress-free comfort on your skin.

The rise is slightly roomier, and the width of the thigh/hem is slightly slimmer, making it easier to wear.
The wading itself is about the same thickness as 60's Jeans when compared to other models, so it has a good balance of not too thin/not too thick.
By making it a tapered model that is popular now, it has a stylish silhouette.

The cut when inserting the hidden rivet reproduces the specification with the highest strength among the many methods available at the time.
The belt around the waist is sewn with chain stitch to the end of the belt without plain stitching. I dare to dispose of it without putting the empty ring inside.
Vintage sleek parts are often sewn roughly, so TCB jeans 50's are reproduced to the extent that there is no problem with strength.
Sewing thread is sewn with 4 colors and 5 thread counts. These jeans have many highlights, such as changing the width to be sewn depending on the sewing area, adjusting and remodeling the sewing machine.
