The fabric used is approximately 13.5oz Zimbabwe cotton, the same as used in 50's jeans.
This is achieved by adjusting a traditional spinning machine, rather than the computer-generated unevenness that is common today.
The creases are characterized by thick, short folds, which, when naturally connected into lines, create the ultimate vertical fold.
The moderate thickness of the 13.5oz fabric is highly stretchy and resilient, providing a stress-free fit that you can feel against your skin.

This baggy style is based on TCB's classic model, which was inspired by and aimed to recreate vintage models from the 50s.
It has a modern, wide silhouette with more room in the hips, thighs and hem than 50s jeans.

The cuts made to insert the hidden rivets are a reproduction of the strongest method available at the time.
The baggy 50's jeans feature a leather patch. The waistband is not stitched flat, but is chain stitched all the way to the end of the obi.
The collar loops are intentionally left exposed rather than tucked in.
Since the lining of vintage jeans is often roughly sewn, the TCB jeans 50's have been reproduced to the extent that there are no problems with strength.
The stitching thread is sewn in four colors and with five different thread counts. These jeans have many interesting features, such as changing the stitch width depending on the stitching area, and adjusting and modifying the sewing machine.
