These jeans are inspired by the jeans that exploded in popularity on the East Coast, mainly New York, in the late 1960s when the logistics network began to be developed in the United States.
The zipper has been changed to a Gripper Zipper.
This is an original fabric made to order from the warp and weft threads. The fabric used for Pre-shurunk jeans is characterized by the pure blue color, unevenness, and fuzziness of the 1960s and 1970s.
Unlike the XX fabric from the 1950s, the dyeing is shallower, and you can feel the background of jeans changing from work clothes to fashion just by looking at the fabric.
According to the fabric store, the fuzziness of the fabric cannot be adjusted by the weaving method, but is determined by the potential of the cotton itself.
The cotton used is called San Joaquin cotton. San Joaquin cotton is grown in the southern part of the Central Valley, a vast farmland that spreads in the middle of California. This farmland was created using meltwater from the surrounding mountains, and cotton is grown using groundwater that is the source of this meltwater.
The characteristic of this San Joaquin cotton is that it is naturally fluffy and produces good fluffiness when twisted.
This is a 13oz class fabric with a 7x7 warp and weft. TCB believes that since it is an uneven yarn, the thickness of the yarn and the weight of the fabric will not be uniform. It has a selvedge specification, which is rare for a 505 base.
