It has been modified to a silhouette that is still valid today, and the sewing thread is picked up one by one in terms of count and color.
The front pocket is stitched with a two-needle sewing machine, so the corners are stitched like rice balls. And since it has moved from pocket sewing to flap sewing without cutting the thread, the stitches are included under the flap.
The front pocket can stop is also in the same position by adjusting the thickness and width with reference to the vintage.
The winding sewing of the armhole, which is quite difficult in the manufacturing process, is also done by the vintage sewing machine.
The obi and cuffs are sewn at once without any ground stitching by the back chain stitch up to the obi tip and Union Special.
The fabric used is about 13.5 oz of Zimbabwe cotton. The atari feeling created by the old-fashioned spinning machine, not the unevenness created mechanically by the current mainstream computer, is characterized by a thick and short falling method, and when it is naturally connected to the line, it attracts the best vertical falling. Will do it.
Due to the renewal of the 50's Jacket, the production of the old type will be closed.
