This ringer T-shirt uses Warehouse's classic body, knitted on an old-fashioned low-gauge knitting machine, said to be even rarer than loopwheel knitting machines.
The collar and sleeves have thin ribbing.
The fabric, knitted with 12-count slub yarn to create a unique shading effect, is called a "shadow border," and although it's a solid color, a subtle horizontal stripe-like unevenness emerges.
The finish perfectly reproduces the texture of the heavily uneven bodies from the 1940s.
Washing tightens the fabric weave, revealing the horizontal stripe (shadow border).
Because it's a loosely knitted fabric using 12-count slub yarn, it boasts an extremely soft feel and exceptional comfort with absolutely no stress.
