[WARE HOUSE "Lot.2181" NAF1168 N-1 WINTER JACKET KHAKI (NXs-1404) Print]
WARE HOUSE's deck jacket, N-1 (khaki).
NAF stands for "NAVAL AIR CRAFT FACTORY" and is a naval fighter aircraft factory. The NAF series, which is said to have been developed for the factory workers working there, is extremely rare and has no official contract number. The ones for factory workers do not have "U.S.NAVY" written on the back, but they may be worn later when working on a ship. This time, our store has a print version in stock.
It is designed to be more cold-resistant than the N-1, which officially became khaki in 1944, and there are differences in the details as well. Specifically, it is made of a much thicker wall than regular N-1, and has increased heat retention.
The detailed details such as high-density selvedge jungle cloth sulfur dyed, alpaca fur lining, TALON zipper, and nut buttons are unique to the wear house. Finished in the one and only N-1.
The overall silhouette is a little roomy. The width and armholes have just the right amount of room, so you can match it with any style, such as a T-shirt or sweatshirt.
