In 1990, the "SILVER STONE" shop opened in Daikanyama, Tokyo.
Reviving vintage wartime jeans, 501XX, and 66 models.
Reviving vintage sweatshirts like freedom, raglan, set-in, and snowflake print hoodies and add-on hoodies.
Reviving military wear, MA-1, M-3B, M-2B, and flight jackets.
Reviving embroidered sukajan jackets by disassembling real vintage items.
Reviving all the finest American items from the 1940s to the late 1960s.
In the same year, 1990, "Ground-Alls" was born as an original SILVER STONE brand.
At the time, feeling saddened by the dwindling number of well-maintained vintage items still available, the store faithfully recreated American vintage items from the 1940s to the late 1960s. Ground-Alls started with the hope that 30 years from now, Ground-Alls itself would be considered vintage. American Vintage "Revive the Times."

"Vintage Jeans and Antiques"
Looking at vintage jeans sometimes brings back a sense of nostalgia.
My family grew up in an antiques shop, and I've been fascinated by this mysterious world since I was a child.
Each antique has a story behind it, and that is what makes them unique.
From the way I've always worn them, I feel that the values of antiques and vintage jeans are similar.
Jeans and antiques...at first glance, they may seem like different things, but they share the same values of embracing historical elements and imperfect beauty as unique traits.
It's the same sentiment that tea masters of the past felt when they looked at old pottery and admired it. Antique pottery possesses the subtle hues and cracks that develop over time.
The reason I find vintage jeans so appealing is because they possess the beauty and elegance that come with age.
As they age, they acquire imperfect and mature beauty, increasing their appeal and value.
Each antique has a special meaning, and even if they crack or break, they are repaired with gold lacquer and cherished and passed down through the generations.
The same goes for jeans; as they are worn, the cotton thread breaks and they can tear due to friction.
By repairing them and accepting the repaired parts as part of their individuality, you can enjoy them as unique, beloved jeans.
There is a necessary process to enjoy a beautiful view.
I feel that carefully wearing jeans and repairing them from the rigid state is connected to the values and way of thinking that have been passed down since ancient times, and is part of Japanese culture, and I would like to cherish this feeling and pass it on.
I also believe that it is connected to sustainability initiatives, which are needed in today's world.
